AURORA | The Arapahoe County Coroner’s office has identified the woman killed in a two-car crash at the intersection of East Belleview Avenue and South Chambers Road on Dec. 30 as 68-year-old Patricia Ann Bravo of Aurora.

Bravo was the passenger in a Toyota van when it collided with a Lincoln SUV Sunday night, according to Aurora police. She died of “multiple blunt force injuries,” a spokesperson for the coroner’s office wrote in an email.

Investigators with the Aurora Police Department’s traffic unit believe the Toyota was  sorthbound on Chambers at about 6:15 p.m. Sunday when it struck the Lincoln, which was northbound on Chambers before turning left onto Belleview.

The other two people involved in the crash, the driver of the Toyota and the driver of the Lincoln, were taken to local hospitals to be treated for their injuries, according to police. Their identities have not been released.

Officials on Saturday were trying to determine which vehicle had the right-of-way. No updates had been posted regarding the investigation as of late Thursday morning. A spokesman for the department’s traffic unit did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Police do not believe speed nor intoxication led to the collision.
